Terms & Conditions

Please be aware that this product (all our fresh cream fudge) is produced in a kitchen that handles allergens, therefore we cannot guarantee that our fudge is allergen free. All ingredients, allergens and storage requirements are included on the packaging, please contact us @ www.thefudgecan.com if you have any specific dietary requirements or would like any further information on the products or flavours.

All our fudge is best stored in the fridge upon receipt to preserve the delicious flavours but can be stored at ambient temperatures below 20 degrees celsius. Please refer to the Best before date for the shelf life of individual packets.

All our fudge is packed and sealed in recyclable, heat sealed cellophane bags that can be recycled with normal household recycling or at supermarket carrier bag recycling points.

Fudge that is supplied on a custom basis e.g., loose for wedding favours and/or bespoke orders will be delivered in 4.2 litre food safe lidded plastic containers lined with baking paper.

All bespoke orders are subject to a minimum 14-day notice period, orders cancelled after 14 days will be charged at 50% of the agreed order price to cover costs and production time.

Any changes to orders in the 14-day period must be made no more than 7 days before the agreed delivery date, though the company will endeavour to fulfil orders to our customers requirements changes may not always be possible at very short notice and/or may incur extra charges.

We recommend that the fudge is stored in a refrigerator away from strong odours, The Fudge Can does not accept any responsibility for storage conditions or any issues arising from this once the order had been delivered and accepted.

The above is for advice only as the customer accepts full responsibility for their order upon receipt.

In the unlikely event that your order does not meet our high standards please contact www.thefudgecan.com with your query or concern and we will refund or replace your item.

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail signed for delivery or via 1st class mail, whichever method is chosen by the customer at the time of ordering, therefore we cannot guarantee specific dates or times, but can provide a tracking number for signed for deliveries upon request.

Where bespoke orders are delivered, the full delivery address, postcode and the name and contact telephone number/business name of the person accepting the order will need to be provided at least 2 days before the agreed delivery date and time.

Payments for bespoke orders must be made upon delivery or at the point of ordering which ever method is agreed at the time, we do not accept cheques, payment may be made via contactless card payment, in cash or via bank transfer.

All flavours, packaging, company logo, company name, ingredients, product design, photographs, recipe, concepts, imagery and product descriptions are the property of The Fudge Can Limited and the copyright of all of these are owned by The Fudge Can Limited. Unauthorised use of any the above is strictly prohibited and contravention will result in legal damages being pursued.

These terms and conditions are updated and are subject to change, although any changes will be communicated in advance if this is possible.

Customers are not permitted to re-package or sell on The Fudge Can Ltd products, or pass of any one of The Fudge Can products as their own, Unauthorised use of The Fudge Can products is strictly prohibited and contravention will result in legal damages being pursued.
